USA ORDERS: USPS First Class shipping and handling is $1.50 per piece. USPS Priority Mail shipping and
handling is $4.60 per piece. These charges will calculate at checkout. Please remember to contact us if you are

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS - Do not accept damaged goods from carriers. All orders leave our warehouse in excellent
condition. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to delivery carriers. Receiving customer is
responsible for filing damage claims with the delivery carrier.
RETURNS - We are not able to accept returns for leaflets, charts, floss, special orders or opened kits. With prior
authorization, other returns may be made within 30 days. All returns must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Shipping and handling charges are never refundable. Actual shipping charges are not refunded for returns on free
